Here you can find all the necessary information about the ordering process and your order.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. The order number begins with the symbol #.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an additional email confirming dispatch along with a tracking number. You can track the delivery status at any time via the DPD shipment tracking system.
The invoice will be sent to you by email after your order has been shipped.
Order confirmations are usually sent within one hour of completing your order. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
If the confirmation email is still missing, please check whether the order amount has been charged to your account. If it has, you can assume that your order was successfully received.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within a few hours after completing your order, please contact us at mail@mehrzer.com.
If you are not satisfied with your selection or change your mind, you may modify or cancel your order until 8:00 PM on the day the order was placed by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
After 8:00 PM, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.
However, once you have received your order, you may return it within 14 days, with the return shipping costs covered by the customer.
Our products are delivered in protective packaging or a gift box, depending on the product purchased.
For additional security during transport, your order will be shipped in a brown protective outer box.
