Delivery within EU
Delivery is free of charge for all orders with a value of EUR 300 or more within the European Union. For orders below EUR 300, a fixed delivery fee of EUR 15 applies.
Your order can be delivered to your home or business address. We cooperate with DPD, so once you receive your shipment tracking number, you will be able to choose the delivery option that suits you best via their interface, such as changing the delivery address or delivery time. Our carrier and we will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
The estimated delivery time for products marked as in stock is between 10 and 14 working days from the date the order is placed.
If the recipient fails to accept the shipment without a justified reason, Teroma trgovina d.o.o. reserves the right to claim reimbursement for handling, transportation, and any other related costs incurred.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your mobile phone number when placing your order. This enables you to receive SMS notifications with the estimated delivery time and allows the courier to contact you directly if necessary to arrange delivery.
All orders placed via the webshop www.mehrzer.com are dispatched by reliable courier services across the EU.
Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and non-working days). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and an SMS notification. The email will include a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment in real time.
All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during normal transport and handling. Upon receipt of the shipment, customers are required to inspect the package for any visible damage. If any damage is detected, it must be reported to the courier immediately or the shipment should be refused.
Teroma trgovina d.o.o. shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from delivery delays.
