Complaints and returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Below are all key details regarding the right to return products and submit complaints for items purchased through our web shop.

ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED

Send a notice of withdrawal or complaint to the email: mail@mehrzer.com
Return the product:

in undamaged condition
unused
in the original packaging
with all accompanying documentation and invoice

HOW TO RETURN THE PACKAGE?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method (unless otherwise agreed) — with no additional cost to the customer.

Send your complaint to mail@mehrzer.com within 7 days of receiving the product
Include the following:

Photos of the outer and inner packaging, and the damaged item
A photo of the shipping label with parcel number
The invoice and a brief description of the damage
In agreement with our team, we can organize collection of the parcel at our expense or offer another suitable solution

REFUND

After we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible using your original payment method. The refund may take up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned shipment. If the refund has not been processed after this period and the funds are still not in your account, we will be happy to assist you further. Please contact us and have your order number and proof of shipment available.

RETURN OF GIFTS AND FREE ITEMS

If you received a free gift with your purchase and you are returning the entire order, please include the gift in the return shipment. If you decide to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Note: If you are returning only part of the order and the total value of the remaining items falls below the minimum amount required to qualify for the gift, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not included in the return, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
